Remembering last successful Sunday race in Nürburgring, Bonaldi Motorsport crews are ready to face the championship end in Valencia and then aim at the World Final.
A bit more than two months have gone by since the last Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo weekend but the memory of the Sunday race in Nürburgring is still alive for Bonaldi Motorsport. And this is clear as Martin Kodric won in PRO category and the couple Amstutz-Kujala had their seventh seasonal victory in PRO-AM category. Next weekend Bonaldi Motorsport needs to come full circle of the whole season: in fact, the last two Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo races offer both the points required by the Croatian Kodric, who is following Lind and other drivers in the standings, for the PRO championship final victory, and the points for the Swiss-Finnish couple Adrian Amstutz and Patrick Kujala. They should legitimize their seasonal supremacy with the final victory in the PRO-AM category.
After the sixth round of the continental Super Trofeo championship, Valencia is hosting the World Final starting from next Saturday. During this Final, the best drivers of each category are challenging for the World Champion that last year was won by Patrick Kujala in the PRO category in Sebring…
The circuit of the Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo in Valencia was introduced in 1999 by Motogp championship and since then it has been a usual round. The racetrack is 4.005 Kms long and it has got 14 curves and the main straight is 876 metres long. Thanks to his deeply demanding racetrack and to its excellent facilities, this circuit has rapidly become a fundamental stage in the international motorsport.
We are aiming at winning the championship both in the PRO category, with Martin Kodric, and in the PRO-AM category, with the couple Amstutz-Kujala. It would be fantastic in the World Final if we could repeat the success of Sebring 2015 where Kujala won in the PRO category.
The long weekend is organised as follows: on Thursday, December 1st and Friday, December 2nd the sixth round of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo is on stage. Race 1 of PRO and PRO-AM categories is on Friday at 11.50 a.m. and Race 2 of PRO and PRO-AM categories is at 4.25 p.m. World Final is on Saturday, December 3rd. PRO-AM Race 1 is at 2.15 p.m. and PRO Race 1 is at 3.55 .p.m. On Sunday, December 4th PRO-AM Race 2 is at 11.30 a.m. and PRO Race 2 at 2.05 p.m.
