Lamborghini Super Trofeo, reopened championship!

Bergamo (ITA). Bonaldi Motorsport faces the challenging weekend on the legendary Belgian circuit of Spa, site of the fourth round of Lamborghini Super Trofeo, with the enthusiasm of the results obtained in the previous round of Zandvoort just over a week ago. In Holland, the Afanasiev-Kroes pair gained two peremptory victories, while the British Bartholomew-Middleton pair took third and second place, giving Bonaldi Motorsport a resounding one-two in the second race. The results of Zandvoort have completely reopened a championship that was never closed: the Russian-Dutch pair has moved to just one point from the top, while the British pair always occupy the fourth position but with a reduced gap. Needless to say how important it is to collect points during the weekend, which is probably the most insidious of the season, on a track that represents a real motorsport university.

Of the four drivers I am the most experienced and I can tell you that I was expecting a first part of the championship of this type: a discrete start followed by a rapid increase in performance. Currently I believe that together with Danny Kroes we probably represent the best assorted pair of the circus: we are in mid-season, we must continue to do well because our goal is the victory of the championship

The schedule of the weekend is starting with Free Practice on Thursday, 25th July at 11.00 a.m. and at 3.00 p.m..
