Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo 2016 has just ended in Valencia and for Bonaldi Motorsport the result is definitely positive: first for the victory in the team standings, then for the victory in PRO-AM category and eventually for the world champion victory in AM…
The challenge in the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo 2016 championship was insidious for Bonaldi Motorsport: first, due to the comparison to the past season which was dominated by an amazing Patrick Kujala who was repeatedly successful. The crew, leaded by Michele Brusa and coordinated by Marco Bielli on the racetrack, highly met expectations once again. Last round on the Spanish racetrack in Valencia last weekend validated a winning season which gave to Bonaldi Motorsport the victory of the team standings and the victory of the PRO-AM category with the couple Patrick Kujala-Adrian Amstutz. In the very competitive PRO category the very young beginner Martin Kodric showed a constant development always challenging against the best drivers and ending the championship in the position just before the podium. Always in Valencia Amstutz became the world champion: the Swiss driver won both races and became world champion in the AM category…
The world victory is amazing! In particular, the second race was really demanding: at the start I made a little mistake but my engineer told me to be calm and drive quietly looking for the best feeling with the racetrack. In this way I saved the tires and the victory came! This is the significant example of how I developed a lot thanks to advice and support by my team during all season. Obviously, I am very happy with the victory in the Super Trofeo too because it represents the successful completion of a precise project the team, Patrick and me have worked with great professionalism and dedication..
