ADAC GT Masters
Since its debut season in 2007, the ADAC GT Masters championship has enriched the landscape of German Motorsport. The Super Sports category (GT3) is surrounded by side categories such as ADAC Formula 4, ADAC PROCAR and different single-marque categories such as the Renault Clio Cup. The second biggest “automobile club” in the world created an interesting and attractive category, bringing together the highest level of experts, youth and amateur riders.
ADAC GT Masters is otherwise known as the “League of Super Sports car”, confirmed by the participation of the most renowned manufacturers: Audi, Bentley, BMW, Corvette, Camaro, Ford, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz AMG, Nissan and Porsche.
In the ADAC GT Masters former Formula 1 drivers and DTM compete with GT cars and young talent.
The format for the GT Series features two, one hour races for each race weekend, one on Saturday and the other on Sunday. In the middle of each race, the drivers of the same team alternate driving, that is, every car is driven by two drivers. The ADAC GT Masters is a showcase where automakers can present and sell their GT3 sports cars. This innovative series is a very attractive platform for ambitious riders and professional teams.
